All clients must follow certain legal rules when working with Beaute Sombre Designs. These guidelines are designed for yours and our protection.

YOUR SATISFACTION

Our guarantee is to make sure all clients are completely satisfied with their project during the creation process and after the project is done. If for any reason a client is not satisfied with the progress, entire project, or any part of the project, we reserve the right to be aware of the complaint at any time so we can fix the problem before it gets out of hand. Our goal with all projects is to make sure that our clients are satisfied with exactly the way they want the project to result in the very end.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Beaute Sombre Designs reserves the right to refuse to work on any project for any customer, at our discretion. This includes (but not limited to), vulgar or threatening behavior and websites we deem offensive.

When a written contract has been executed between Beaute Sombre Designs and a client, and a violation of that contract occurs, either party reserves the right to terminate the contract upon written notice to the other party. Written notice should be provided by certified or registered mail before a contract is terminated.

CLIENT PRIVACY

Beaute Sombre Designs strongly believes in maintaining a high level of client privacy through both paper and digital files that are secured. We take great care in insuring this information is safe-guarded and not made available to anyone at any time unless permission is given by the said client. We will not share any of the information with any third party, unless directed by a court of law.

FORM PRIVACY POLICY

When a client completes any of our forms, either online or offline, Beaute Sombre Designs will never provide or sell any of the information they provide to third-parties for the purpose of advertising, the sales of any services or items, or compiling e-mail lists without his or her permission, unless ordered by a court of law. Any lists of e-mail addresses maintained by Beaute Sombre Designs are not sold or provided to any business or individual unless permission is granted by the said client.

COMPLAINTS

If Beaute Sombre Designs receives a complaint from a client, we will do anything and everything necessary to resolve the complaint to the client's satisfaction, while adhering to all BSD company policies.

COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

If a complaint is received and involves possible copyright infringement, Beaute Sombre Designs reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions: 

• Notify the client of the complaint.
• Temporarily remove the disputed material from the website, if Beaute Sombre Designs has such capability.
• Beaute Sombre Designs may provide assistance within reason and capability to help resolve the dispute when requested by the client. If the third party is represented by an attorney, client will assume responsibility for obtaining counsel to resolve the issue(s).
• Depending on the outcome of the dispute, Beaute Sombre Designs may have to cancel any existing contract with said client.
