Terms & Conditions

1. Domain registration is subject to the terms and conditions of the hosting company. Beaute Sombre Designs is not liable for any dispute between a client and the hosting company. If a dispute arises, Beaute Sombre Designs may suspend or decline working with a client.

2. Changes to third party software (WordPress, Blogger, hosting sites, Etsy, etc) is not Beaute Sombre Design's responsibility.

3. A 50% deposit is required to begin the design process. The client has 7 days to fulfill the initial payment requirements. Once the payment is received, the client will be placed in queue and given an estimated start date. No refunds will be given after the design process has begun.

4. Upon completion, Beaute Sombre Designs will release all work to the client. Clients have seven days to approve or reject the design. Upon approval, the remaining 50% will be requested unless otherwise noted through a payment plan. No refunds will be given after the design process has begun.

5. Once the final payment has been received, Beaute Sombre Designs will install the completed design.

6. The client is responsible for backing up all information before the design process begins. Beaute Sombre Designs is not responsible for lost information.

7. Once the designs are released, the client may do as he or she wishes along with changes to all designs.

8. Clients must agree to leaving a design credit in the footer according to our advertising purposes.

Electronic acceptance of these terms will equate as if these terms were agreed upon in writing.
